Sylvain Vallee is a wonderful new addition to the already awesome teaching staff at the Music Shoppe. He's brought with him a wealth of knowledge as a veteran in the music industry. Besides taching and performing, Sylvain composes music for TV/Film and Multimedia. His music provides the emotional backdrop in shows such as "America's Most Wanted", "Dateline", "CNN" and MTV's "My Super Seet Sixteen".

Earlier in his life Sylvain studied music at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, the University of Toronto and the University of Western Ontario, focusing his studies on performance, compostion and conducting.

After leaving university, Sylvain toured extensively all over North America, sharing the stage with the likes of Long John Baldry, Jeff Healey, Collin James,Martina McBride, Keith Urban and many more. Sylvain specializes in teaching voice and keyboard instruments, though he does have several students learning saxophone, flute, clarinet, violin and guitar.
